Event planner Pepper Pomeroy is making the most of her current unemployment by arranging a surprise for her sister, Felicity. This is another great series by Nancy J. Parra. Pepper is a very likeable character and you can't help but get caught up in her plans. I can't wait to see where she goes from here. I, quite simply, loved this book.
